ArtPalmBeach will be celebrating its 16th Anniversary and will host a celebratory art fair from January 25th-28th at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. At the fair, Cristina Núñez will be representing Venezuela and showcasing her work on behalf of the Maria Elena Kravetz Gallery at Booth #607.
ArtPalmBeach has grown in popularity and recognition since it was founded in 1997, and has slowly become widely accepted by art lovers as one of the most prestigious contemporary art fairs on Florida's Gold Coast. This year, 70 different galleries will present works of different forms of contemporary art, such as painting, sculpture, photography, design, video, and fine art glass from various talented artists. In addition, according to ArtPalmBeach's official Facebook page, "the fair will honor the lifetime accomplishments of Italian master glass blower Lino Tagliapietra and will feature one-man exhibition of major works presented by Schantz Galleries."
Last year's ArtPalmBeach fair was a big hit in terms of attendance and sales: ArtPalmBeach happily reports that in 2012 "the fair welcomed a record attendance during the five-day run. Dealers reported positive sales and strong interest from known collectors within the industry, reconfirming ArtPalmBeach's establishment as a fixture of South Florida's contemporary art scene."
